This is for my oldest nefew. I made a few the same but w/ red, pink & white stripes for my neices. This is just another recycled container! the paper is DCWV from the fall stack. Again used "mini Monograms" w/the cricut. I typed up the saying in "word" and printed it and used my 2" circle punch. The reindeer i got last year in a lot from Oriental Trading. They fit perfect i thought! The reindeer arms have velcro and the feet i used glue dots to keep them in place. The top cover, used 3" circle? (i think?) and used my See D's "naughty" stamp. I filled with my world's Famous fudge!

Ice Cream Kit
This is basically the same idea as the "cocoa Kits". I used the lil water bottles and filled with goodies to make an ice cream sundae. I used part of a box that i got from costco at halloween to make the box. i then embellished with pattern paper. I used the "icream cone" emboss folder. I hand wrote the "ingredients" on each bottle. Again very simple! These are for my nefews, though my kids want them too, which they will be getting! :)
Cocoa Kits for Gifts
I made these for my nefews, they are simple. I used the lil water bottles. The paper wrapped around is American Crafts. The Scallop circle is done with Cricut "mini Monograms" red is DCWV and the green is the "Jewel" paper. Plain white Card stock for inner circle. Studio G last year christmas stamps "lil mug" i hand wrote "add hot water" and "add cocoa". Have to say my "lefty" writing is improving! The "box" its in was made of white card stock and embellished with light blue card stock embossed with "snowflakes" emboss folder by Cuttlebug, christmas ribbon from Jo-ann's and an acrylic snowflake. The box i cut 7 1/8 x 9 7/8 and scored at 2 1/4 all the way around.

The rest of the Layots i made for NYC
i had so much fun doing these layouts and i got to help my sister out for a change! Usually, its her helping me the gimp! i just love how easily these came to gether and they turned out so nice ... i think, anyways! TFL!
i used the flip flaps again and got a total of 17 pictures on a 2 page Layout with only trimming the top 2 on the left page the rest no trimming!!
Again, used the flip flaps on the bottom left page so i got 8 pictures on this page and the top 4 were trimmed slightly to fit across
this is the last page. they get to write in their top 10 memories. in "top 10" i used an apple for the "o" and "zero".
Looks like i forgot to get a pic ture of the first page, will have to see what i can do because that one is great too!

Couple more NYC layouts
I did 3 layouts yesterday. only finished 2, one is almost done! so here they are nothing fancy:
the teapot and teacups are from Cricut "Dreams Come True" the journal spot is from k & company. The Background paper is DCWV Luxery stack.
The back ground paper is DCWV "glitter stack"? The white paper with dress, purse and shoes, (i think) is DCWV Spring stack last years, i used lil rhinestones to add a lil bling. I used cricut "wedding" for the shoe border, i designed it in CDS. I'll upload the file so y'all can download it in a bit. It was easy but why not share and save y'all some time! The tag was from Cricut "plantin Schoolbook" and the journal spot is from K & company.

NYC layouts
I am helping my sister scrap some pages for her friend. These are in NYC. i have been having fun doing them and really wish my pages would go this easy. Why is it when scrappin for others goes so easy and great and mine take forever and am always thinking theres room for improvement? anyways, here they are
i totally scraplifted this one above! a lil differnt than the one i saw. its hard to see in the pic but the white letters are stickled with "ice" stickles.
I used rhinestones and the white strip is a shiny pearly paper. The 09 is pop dotted up.
again the white letters are stickled and so are the green letters but i used "green" stickles on green inked chipboard letters
again the letters are stickled but with yellow. i made my own lil traffic light with scraps and brads and pop dotted it up. the tag is able to pull out to journal in.
again the letters are stickles with "ice" i used SCAL and little city font to cut the cityscape. i used fiskars scallop w/hole punch for bottom and cranberry ribbon. I used SCAL and KR Apples for the apples
I used CTMH memory protector Flip Flaps. These are great when you have a bunch of great pic of one place or event and don't want to make a ton of Layouts. they layer and i did 4 on each so each page has 8 pictures! I used liquid glass of the "tree" image already on the paper ( I believe its old world DCWV?) The letters i stamped with CTMH "all seasons" tree stamp and inked the top blue and used "liquid glass" over the letters. under the last picture flip flaps is a matted journal block, both similar on each page.

Pyramid Box
I totally forgot to leave instructions for the top of the snowman's hat, the Pyramid Box. There are others where you can tie the top together to open. but the one i used was store bought template. But here is a template and instructions.

Exploding Snowman Tower instructions
Things needed:
3 12”x12” piece of heavy/sturdy patterned paper OR cardstock. You want this to be strong, as it is the outside of your box.
3 piece of 12” x 12” (or 2 12 x12 and 1 6x6) heavy patterned paper or cardstock for your cover. Again, make sure it is sturdy.
Coordinating papers or scraps to decorate the inside pages Embellishments and photos for your box
Paper trimmer
Adhesive
Bone folder
You will need 3 12 x 12" sheets of good quality coordinating cardstock, and 1 sheet of 12 x 12" coordinating pattern cardstock
Score your first box ~ 4" on all sides. You will now have 9 scored squares. DO NOT Cut out the corner squares. Score the four corner squares diagonally from the outside corner in towards the middle square.
Cut your middle box ~ 11" x 11", and score at 3 3/4", as before on all sides and DO NOT Cut out the corner squares. Score the four corner squares diagonally from the outside corner in towards the middle square.
Cut your inner layer to 10 x 10" and score at 3 1/2", as before on all sides and DO NOT Cut out the corner squares. Score the four corner squares diagonally from the outside corner in towards the middle square.
Decorate your inside layers at this stage. For the bottom box mats should be cut approx. 3 3/4" x 3 3/4", For the middle box mats should be cut approx. 3 1/4" x 3 1/4", For the top box mats should be cut approx. 2 3/4" x 2 3/4", for the corners either cut triangles or squares and score diagonally.
To make your bottom box lid, cut your paper to 8 x8" and score at 2" on all sides. there are 2 ways to do the lids: DO NOT Cut out the corner squares. either Score the four corner squares diagonally from the outside corner in towards the middle square and trim off one of the triangles. i usually do all the right triangles or simply snip along the horizontal folds on all sides. Use a bone folder to sharpen your creases, and apply double sided tape to secure your lid.
To make your middles box lid, cut your paper to 7.5” x7.5" and score at 1 3/4" on all sides. DO NOT Cut out the corner squares. either Score the four corner squares diagonally from the outside corner in towards the middle square and trim off one of the triangles. i usually do all the right triangles or simply snip along the horizontal folds on all sides. Snowman Tower of Exploding boxes
Ok, so i was blog hopping and someone had made a trio stack of boxes of snowmen, sorry don't remember who did it. I loved it so i made some but i made mine exploding boxes. Except for the top triangle, i adhered it closed. but here are the two i made today. the insides aren't finished yet, but i was so thrilled with them i had to share. Basically its each layer of exploding boxes as a stack. I'll get directions posted sometime on Sunday if i'm up to it, if not on Tues or wed. Sat. and Mon are both Disneyland days!

Tinkerbell Jar
Ok, so i once again recycled yet another mayo jar. Its quite funny, before anyone throws something in the recycle barrel they ask if i want to save it for something!! Just love this paper thats on there. I got some of it a long time ago and didn't want to use it cause i liked it so much, but i can't save all this pretty paper and do nothing with it. I used a Tinkerbell sticker and put it on blue cardstock and trimmed it out. The flowers are prima flowers with a silver heart brad. The cover/lid was spray painted with Pink Krylon paint. I used the fiskars punch for the bottom green cardstock border (i just love that punch!) and there is green grossgrain ribbon around the top of the paper and turquoise/aqua grossgrain ribbon around the bottom above the green cardstock

Acrylix Organizer (fits tons of stuff)
So this is the CTMH Acrylix Organizer. Can be used for all sorts of stuff. it measures approximately 6.5" x 6.5" x 6.5" . I made this one to hold my greeting cards. I'm working on another for my Disneyland pictures.
So, I took the Acrylix Organizer (Z1038) and altered it with Ribbons and papers. I used paper from Level 2 Paper pack "unforgettable" (x7106b) Juniper and coca grossgrain ribbon. The stamp set used is "Always in My Heart" (A1101) I used "watermelon" (Z2158) and "Ocean" (z2136) ink pads. I used "liquid Glass" (Z679) over the clear part of the stamps. I used the fiskars scallop punch to get the edging.
