Spent the morning wasted

I spent my morning on the phone with paypal to verify a scam :(   First time for me! My paypal email was hacked but not my Paypal!  They were very pleasant and helpful getting me thru it all!  Got all passwords changed, deleted accounts, etc. No the way i wanted to start my week.  But all is safe and good now!  Just a remeinder to remember to change passwords every 3-6 months on emails, paypals, shops etc.  I know its one more thing to remember to do and i'm horrible at it!

Journal Blocks

I was just playing around watching CSI marathon yesterday.  This is what i came up with.  I used index cards which i have hundreds of, just never around when the kids need them! Go figure!  I used the backs of the sticker packages chipboard, some adhesive cs from DCWV and silk and prima flowers. Some ribbon i got along time ago! i think they came out cute. Probably going to list them on my etsy.

Friday Freebie ( a day late sorry!)

I have put it as 2 different downloads, but they are the same.  I know everyone has different computers w/different softwares and different printers. I know for me printing from a PDF is easier than printing from a .jpeg because i have more choices with the PDF.  So anyways these cute lil teddies are a printable 6 on a 8.5 x 11 paper :)

I know i'm not alone!

Ok, so i've done what many say i should and entered my stuff for design teams and for magazine subscriptions.  I like my work and i do it for me, so if someone else isn't into it it does not bother me one bit.  Now, having said it does seem they are all looking for the layouts that are over the top, over embellished and has one stinking perfect picture. While don't get me wrong they are beautiful and i quite enjoy looking at most! I just don't see how an entire album could be like that? If i were to put one pic per page all my albums would be 1,000 pages literally!  I know everyone likes to see the Best of the best, i get it.  But we all don't have perfect photos to fit that perfect layout!  I just don't see any magazines with realistic layouts! I see many on message boards and a few blogs and I really enjoy those!  I guess, i'm more a realistic scrapbooker than whatever that other is?

Are you like me? Or am i really a one of a kind?

Two Adorable layouts!

I had scrapped these last week for a Design team call. i Didn't make it! Oh Well!   These are of my neice when she was little!

This one i used CTMH topsticth and caboodle paper. CTMH white paper daisies w/sheer ribbon and colored safety pins for the center of the flower.

This double page layout I used: White CS for the base, CTMH Rockstar papers and Caboodle paper too.  The shapes were all cut on the cricut using MTC! (make the cut!) CTMH white edge anchors and tiny tabs. a tiny pair sunglasses button.

Little easter Paint Pail

Used a quart size (i think?) clear paint pail. My Cricut to cut all the cute lil things, except the bunny was from a tag swap (i want to say Kathy's tag?) The flowers are Karen Foster brads.  Just simple ribbon to tidy up around the edges. The Fence and Grass were cut from Paperdolls cartridge (the Original) The clouds and sun are From Disney's Mickey and Friends cartridge(? or Mickey Font?) The bees are from Disney's Pooh and Friends cartridge.
