Today's sketch:

Lil Elf Believe recycled jar

This jar is plastic recycled from mayo jar.  Spray painted the lid with Krylon paint. The Elves are stamps from CTMH.  Grossgrain ribbon and DCWV old Christmas paper. The red swirl paper is a specialty one, forget who makes it.  Sorry for not so great pics, I was using my sisters camera and her flash was weird and wasn't use to how her camera works.  These were the best pics i could get for now.

 

More of my recycled jars!

I love doing these jars. they are so easy and fun and great gift size.  I used krylon spray paint to cover the lids.  the jars are from spagetti sauce, relish, and salsa jars. I used prima flowers and printed the labels from the computer in a word document.

Todays sketch:

the card is meant to open in the middle. So the two flaps on the side opens and the strip slides on and off the card. So it will wrap all the way around the card.

Well, i didn't post a sketch yesterday since it was Thanksgiving. I did manage to get some pics of the cards i made and update the other sketches. But i seemed to be missing a few pictures. While i have my sisters camera i'll try to get those today and post later.  Not use to her camera very different and the flash works very funky. 

So today's sketch is a waterfall card!

This box opens to hold whatever treasures you wish. It can store up to a 9x9 album.  I used the new Feclicity Collection from CTMH (Close To My Heart), which starting Dec. 15th you can get for free w/purchase or being a Hostess w/a certain $ amount. This is unfinished, still deciding on the words i want to put on the front/top.

My Hannukkah Jars

These are my Hannukkah Jars, ( I appologize for any misspelling of the holiday if there is one?) from recycled plastic containers. These are for filling with candy or chocolate and such.

 

 

 

I plan on selling these.

So sorry, I totally forgot to post yesterdays Sketch. I was so caught up in going thru all my photos (thousands!!) and moving them to the memory stick thingys.  So here is Thursdays sketch

The white lines around the square (which is a cut out of the front) is suppose to be stitching/sewing.  The bottom "border" doesn't have to be that cut it can be any border.  Have fun!

I'm HOme

I am home from my mini trip to Boston to visit family! It was a wonderful trip!  But of course you always leave something behind because of forgetfullness! Well, guess what i left...yup, thats right my CAMERA! can you believe it!   So it will be a few days till my camera makes it home. unfortunately that means i can not take pics of my cards i've finished! :( So Sorry, but they will be posting as soon as i get the camera and i will continue with the sketch postings!

I have been making some cards and getting ready for my exciting trip. So i am sorry i haven't posted my finished cards i have thus far over the past few days. I promise when i get back I will spend the next week posting! This one there is suppose to be the same flowers and bow on the middle tag too but i couldn't for the life of me to get it to show.  So you can do it as shown or with the way its "suppose" to be.

Thursday the 12th's sketch:

This one is meant for the ribbon to go thru the top of the card around the back and up thru the flap and tie in a bow. So its like unwrapping to open the card.  Hope that makes sense?
