My Recyled projects
So, i'm not go all Green, but i do agree with recycling alot! This is my cheap version of the paint pails. i am making alot for gifts to fill with lil goodies. The kids are helping making some to sell to help raise money for their homeschool feildtrips. These are just mayo jars and salsa jars. i spray painted the covers. We are working on tags to add to wrap ribbon or fibers around the tops and have the tags hanging.

CTMH Ms. Holiday Cheer card

i've been trying to come up with a card for my NY ladies stamps (thats what i call them) they are actually Ms. holiday Cheer. I used my CTMH inks and blending bend to color in everything. The background is kinda yucky. I also used red stickles on her dress and white stickles on the hat and adhesive backed pearls for the pom pom on her hat and around the corners. I also, used them on the tree after i dyed them with cranberry alcohol inks . even with the alcohol inks the pearlyness is still there!! The backgreen paper is from back country and the pink is from Bella. And just plain old pink grossgrain ribbon.

My Christmas Countdown calendar

Yes, I'm thinking Christmas already! This is a 6x9 Clipboard. I painted it red and edged it with white. I'm still working on the number cards. i think i have the right size now, but do you think i remember what size i cut them at NO! I'm still playing with the combination of numbers so theres an even # of cards but dont want 24. Once i get that figured out I'm going to laminate them so they don't wear out and can be used year after year. I plan on making quite a few to sell either at a fair or on-line. I'm going to do different designs, i'll post when i get them done.

Cards I made with the Free promo kit
The top cards are to the cutting guide, sketch and directions given. the bottom cards are my twists to the top cards. Sorry about the coloring of the first picture, don't know what happen.

I made this LO with the scraps and extra peices i had leftover from the kit. The only thing that wasn't in the kit is the background papers.

Chelsie's BF's b-day card

This was made out of a posterboard. We used Cricut expression and used Celebrations to cut the cupcake and happy birthday and all the birthday cuts inside. we used Mini Monograms to cut the scallop squares for the inside.

"Giggle" Chipboard book
This took me a lil under a month to do. i use to be able to whip something like this out in a few hours, still learning my limitations! very frustrating but i do love how it turned out. Just simple and colorful!
inside pages:

Last page:

I used DCWV 4.5 x 6.5 chipboard for cover and few pages inside. i also used green CS cut down to size for insert pages too! Different coordinating printed papers and textured CS from the paper company, DCWV and my mind eye papers.
These are not all the pages, just what i "think" are the best ones:

New LO for My Friends Disney Book
This is my favorite LO so far for my Friends Disney Book. They came down from Washington last March for spring break and we took them to Disneyland for their B-days for the first time since all their B-days are in Feb and March. I just love the colors in this one! Even my husband commented on how the colors were nice!
While waiting in line to see Minnie Pluto came out so i snapped some pics of him!!

Pluto, the bones and the scallop paper were cut from the cricut machine!
The charatcers encounters and arrows cuts are from a disney swap on the Cricut MB from ThePartyFairy

My Recylcing crafts!
I have never been a waster, guess its part of being poor! pinching pennies is my lifestyle! So i may not be as green as some would like but i am creative with my Green!
I have been saving containers, both plastic and glass to store my beautiful scrapbooking embellishment collections.
This first one is for my large flowers. I took some old christmas tins i've had for years and covered them with wallpaper that matches the wall paper i put on my cabinets in my scrapgarage!. i stamped some swirls and embossed them with copper. Then for each tins color flowers i attached that color flower with a pretty rhinestone brad. I spray painted the lids light blue which you wont see in the pics cause i hadnt done it yet. I quite like the way they came out!
