Sorry this post didn't post when it should have. I wrote the post awhile ago and scheduled the post to post ahead of time and it was there in my scheduled posts. I didn't come on line for a couple days because of my chronic pain issues and somehow that post disappeared and was eaten up by some internet boogeyman. I wasn't ware until now that it didn't post and that it disappeared. without any further ado here is day 10!
